Future Updates - Bestiary Changes & Introduction

No new update this time, but I come with a few good news and features that might interest you, the player!

I'm excited to talk about and introduce them, so let's get to them right away!

Starting things off with a new feature that is already implemented in the current playable build of the game: the Dungeon Progress bar!

Implemented in the last update of the demo, the progress bar shows not only how far you are inside the dungeon, but also marks where your next guaranteed treasure will be. With that information at hand, you can not only track your progress a bit better, but also decide if you want to go for the treasure or leave right away!

The next new feature, which is not yet live in the demo, is the bestiary expansion! Behold:

The first thing you might notice is that the Bestiary now feature two tabs on the monster page. The basic info tab is the one you're already familiar with, while the adv. info contains a bit more information, not previously accessible to the players. You'll now be able to know the dungeons in which the creatures inhabit, along with their status effect immunities, and last but not least important, the full monster loot list!

To access this information first you'll need to fully complete the corresponding monster's progress, but after that you'll permanently have access to their full loot list, along with the exact rates and quantities. This will give completionists a bit more to do, along with providing useful information to the players!

And the last feature preview of today is an introduction cutscene, that provides the world's background and some context to your adventure!

Don't worry, you can skip the cutscene too if you just want to quickly get to character creation, but for those players interested in story, well, yes, I'm confirming it right now: the game DOES have a story!

Stay tuned for more news, development is going strong so expect future updates! Share the game with your friends and leave a comment if you'd like to, feedback is always welcome! I'm always reading your comments and bug reports, and I appreciate you all for taking your time to make these!

Until next time!
