Just a minor update to iron out some bugs, also added a small feature due to feedback.  If you already have a saved game it's recommended that you create a new one.

Changelog:

• Fixed a bug causing Booster Pack 1 to crash when opening it.
• Fixed surrender awarding a victory instead of defeat
• Added visual feedback when rolling dice to better indicate type advantage
